Job summary

SYCiP SECROU HERNANDEZ & GATMAITAN is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support monthly collection reporting and accounts monitoring for IP clients. You will help prepare reminders and reply to client inquiries regarding unbilled or unpaid accounts.

Graduate of any business course withAccounting units is preferred; accounting experience is an advantage but not required. The role offers opportunity to learn and grow within the IP department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business course, preferably with Accounting units.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly collection reports.
• Monitor status of accounts of IP clients.
• Assist in the preparation and sending out of reminders to clients for payments.
• Assist in the strict monitoring and checking of expenses incurred by the IP Department.
• Assist in replying to various clients’ inquiries relating to unbilled and unpaid accounts.
• Assist in filling up required forms from clients.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior.
