Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in the Philippines seeks an Invoice to Cash Analyst (PG23) – Collections to join the Global Services Finance team. This role focuses on end-to-end collections and dispute management for high-volume portfolios, reporting to the I2C Senior Team Lead.

You will work with cross-functional partners to resolve payment barriers, adhere to internal controls, and drive metric-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related business discipline.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or other relevant professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo.
• Maintain Operational Excellence in daily processing and controls.
• Execute end-to-end Collections and Dispute processing for high-volume, low-value portfolios.
• Perform collections reminders, follow-ups, and dunning activities per playbooks.
• Monitor overdue balances, payment trends, and customer responses via dashboards.
• Reconcile incoming payments timely and identify basic disputes for escalation.
