Johnson & Johnson Global Finance is hiring an Invoice to Cash Analyst (Collections) to join the Global Services Finance team in Manila. The role focuses on end-to-end collections, dispute management, and process improvement for high-volume portfolios.

Night shifts and onsite work with potential temporary hybrid arrangements are required. The position reports to the I2C Senior Team Lead (Collections) and requires a finance background with 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong English

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • CPA, CMA, MBA or other relevant professional certifications are preferred.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Invoice-to-Cash operations.
  • Experience in shared services, BPO, or multinational environment is a plus.
  • Strong English communication, customer engagement and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo.
  • Execute end-to-end Collections and Dispute processing for high-volume portfolios.
  • Perform collections reminders, follow-ups, and dunning activities.
  • Monitor overdue balances, payment trends, and customer responses via dashboards and reports.
  • Reconcile incoming payments and identify basic disputes for escalation or resolution.
  • Deliver and track performance against assigned metrics; perform financial closing activities.
  • Utilize AR systems and automation tools to execute collections efficiently.
  • Handle routine customer inquiries related to invoices, payments, and disputes.
  • Escalate exceptions or non-standard scenarios per escalation guidelines.

This role is part of the Global Services Finance team in the Invoice to Cash process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance—in a J&J way—to our Operating Companies around the world.

The I2C Analyst (Collections) is responsible for performing end-to-end service delivery in the Invoice to Cash Collections and Dispute Management process for a high‑volume, low‑value customer portfolios serviced by J&J Global Services Finance. This position reports to the I2C Senior Team Lead (Collections).

Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance or related business discipline.
  • CPA, CMA, MBA or other relevant professional certifications are preferred.
Experience & Background
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Finance, Invoice‑to‑Cash operations.
  • Basic understanding of Finance, AR processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Exposure to the end‑to‑end Invoice‑to‑Cash process (ex. Cash Application, Credit, Collections, Dispute Management); experience in Collections is preferred.
  • Experience in a shared services, BPO, or multinational environment is an advantage.
