Responsibilities

• Provide support to LPC’s agents for leasing, sale, and acquisition transactions.
• Assist in procurement and generation of leads, clients, and agency appointments.
• Prepare property comparables and financial analyses using market data.
• Assist in due diligence and documentation for agency appointments.
• Coordinate property site inspections and capture photographic documentation.
• Create marketing materials for agency appointments.
• Coordinate with government offices to procure property documentation.
• Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other transaction documents.
• Maintain an updated database of properties for sale/lease and industry contacts.
• Prepare monthly Market Insights presentations and support marketing pitches.

Education

Job description

• To provide support and assistance to LPC’s agents for the firm’s leasing, sale and acquisition transactions.
• To assist in the gathering, processing, analysis, and presentation of property and market information.

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

To provide support and assistance to LPC’s agents for the firm’s leasing, sale and acquisition transactions.

• Assist in the procurement and generation of leads, clients, and agency appointments.
• Manage and utilize market knowledge to prepare property comparables and financial analyses.
• Be familiar with and assist in obtaining all relevant documentation required to perform a review of information and due diligence on the firm’s agency appointments.
• Assist in performing property site inspections and gathering relevant photographic documentation of the site.
• Create marketing and promotion materials for the firm’s agency appointments.
• Coordinate with pertinent government or local government offices to procure necessary property documentation throughout the process of a sale or acquisition transaction.
• Assist in the preparation of proposal, contracts and other documents for the transaction.

To assist in the gathering, processing, analysis, and presentation of property and market information.

• Maintain an updated and detailed database of properties for sale/lease.
• Maintain a database of relevant contacts and partners within the industry.
• Prepare and update the monthly Market Insights presentation.
• Provide support and research in preparing presentations for marketing and agency pitches.
• Assist in providing timely and accurate market data to potential and current clients and industry partners.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, but fresh graduates are welcome
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
