Job summary

Bolder Philippines is seeking a Senior Business Support Associate (Accounting, Investment Reporting, and Data Analytics) to support portfolio reporting, dashboard development, and client insights. Hybrid work in Clark City, Pampanga, with two days from home.

The role emphasizes data integrity, financial reporting, and analytics using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, with exposure to Bloomberg/Reuters data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance/related field.
Experience in accounting, financial reporting, investment reporting, fund administration, or financial analytics.
Advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables, Power Query, and analysis functions.
Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain investment data feeds, ensuring accounts are linked and named correctly.
Coordinate with trustees and platforms to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
Upload and maintain private investment positions and related records.
Perform monthly reviews of asset classifications and escalate exceptions.
Create and maintain tables, schedules, and analyses for quarterly client reports.
Organize client documentation repositories and ensure records are current.
Design, develop, and maintain investment and portfolio dashboards for clients and RM.
Produce weekly dashboards showing SAA adherence and portfolio developments.
