• Validates reports submitted by external fund managers and updates investment records and market values.
• Maintains and manages investment databases and system backups.
• Coordinates with schools and stakeholders regarding investment-related reports and requirements.
• Assists internal and external auditors by preparing necessary schedules, documents and supporting reports.
