Job summary

XMC BPO Manila is seeking an experienced Investment Head/Manager to oversee the institution’s investment portfolio and drive strategic financial decisions. This on-site role in Quezon City requires a strong background in investment management and governance.

You will develop investment strategies, manage risks, monitor performance, and collaborate with banks and fund managers to support long-term objectives. CPA/CFA credentials and experience in education or nonprofit sectors are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA or CFA certification/license.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• Significant experience in investment management, treasury, portfolio management, or financial planning.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, risk management, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with an educational institution, nonprofit organization, foundation, or similarly governed organization is an advantage.
