Job Description
Job Summary: A Financial Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the financial activities of an organization. They ensure the company’s financial health by managing budgets, preparing financial reports, analyzing investments, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and manage organizational budgets and financial plans.
- Monitor company cash flow, revenue, and expenses.
- Provide financial advice and strategic recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with financial laws, policies, and regulations.
- Manage tax planning and tax payments.
- Supervise accounting staff and ensure accurate financial record keeping.
- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to reduce them.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and financial performance.
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits.
Required Skills
- Strong financial analysis and accounting skills

Educational Requirements

- Experience managing budgets, financial planning, and reporting.
