Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, or a related field.
  • Strong financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in preparing investment presentations, reports, and financial analyses.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and develop financial models to assess investment opportunities.
  • Perform industry, market, and competitor research to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Assist in sourcing potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and industry intelligence.
  • Support due diligence activities, including financial, commercial, legal, operational, and ESG assessments.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, financial reports, and materials for internal investment discussions.
  • Monitor the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as business expansion, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and operational improvement projects.
  • Assist in valuation analysis and portfolio exit planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors throughout the investment lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on macroeconomic developments, industry trends, and market conditions that may impact investment decisions.

  • Exposure to portfolio management, strategic planning, or corporate development is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ESG considerations in investment analysis is a plus.
