Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
• 3 years of experience in financial markets, investment management, compliance, or risk.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and trading activities.
• Ability to analyze regulatory and fiduciary scenarios and summarize clearly.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Proven stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Review documentation to identify conflicts of interest and assess eligibility.
• Guide participation in new offerings and related transactions like corporate actions.
• Assess affiliate involvement and conflict considerations for compliant decisions.
• Evaluate regulatory and fiduciary requirements impacting eligibility and participation.
• Monitor daily activity to confirm alignment with guidance and escalate discrepancies.
• Conduct ERISA-related reviews where required by rules or pre-trade alerts.
• Review and monitor pre-trade overrides for alignment with guidelines.
• Coordinate with action partners to support affiliated corporate actions.
• Escalate exceptions with documentation and recommended next steps.
• Drive efficiency, controls, and risk mitigation aligned with regulatory mandates.
