Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in financial markets, investment management, compliance, risk management, or operations.
• Ability to analyze regulatory, fiduciary, and conflict scenarios and summarize conclusions clearly.
• Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation to identify conflicts of interest and eligibility for client types and fund structures.
• Provide guidance on participation in new offerings and related corporate actions.
• Assess affiliate involvement and regulatory/fiduciary requirements for investments.
• Monitor new-issue activity and ensure alignment with guidance and controls.
• Escalate exceptions with clear documentation and recommended next steps.
• Drive process improvements to strengthen controls and reduce risk.
