Job summary

Our Clients in Makati City is seeking an Investment Associate to support sourcing, evaluating, and managing investment opportunities. You will conduct financial analyses, build models, lead due diligence, and prepare investment materials for internal decisions.

You will work with senior professionals and portfolio stakeholders, coordinate multi-disciplinary workstreams, and assist in deal structuring, negotiations, and post-investment insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA advantageous.
• 4+ years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, or a related field.
• Strong ability to build and interpret financial models, analyses, and valuation.
• Experience preparing investment memoranda, presentations, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and evaluate investment opportunities through market research and networking.
• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, valuation, and industry research to assess investment opportunities.
• Build and review financial models to analyze returns, scenarios, and transaction considerations.
• Lead due diligence across financial, commercial, legal, operational, and ESG workstreams.
• Prepare detailed investment memoranda, presentations, and financial analyses for internal discussions.
• Support deal structuring, negotiations, and execution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and contribute to investor reporting and reviews.
• Collaborate with senior investment professionals and portfolio company management throughout the lifecycle.
