Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inventory operations: receiving, storage, transfers, and issuance.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal quantities.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and sales on requirements.
• Document inventory transactions in ERP or inventory management system.
• Analyze data and report on stock levels, turnover, shortages, and excess.
• Implement inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate inventory staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and quality standards.
• Support month-end/year-end inventory reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
• Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily inventory operations, including receiving, storage, transfers, and issuance of materials or products.


• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock quantities to support business operations.


• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.


• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and stock-related issues.


• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and sales teams regarding inventory requirements.


• Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions in the ERP or inventory management system.


• Analyze inventory data and generate reports on stock levels, inventory turnover, shortages, and excess inventory.


• Implement inventory control procedures and best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency.


• Train, supervise, and evaluate inventory staff performance.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
