Job summary

The Outlet People (TOP), Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to ensure stock accuracy and organize stockroom space across store items. You will collaborate with various departments to resolve stock concerns and maintain detailed logs for all stock movements.

Responsibility includes receiving items, logging RTVs and transfers, and keeping reports up to date for metrics like ROC, GRN, and stock-out indicators. The role offers full-time, permanent employment with employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management and stock control.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments on stock concerns.
• Familiarity with RTVs, transfers and stock documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and organize items at all times.
• Receive delivered items and verify against orders.
• Log and track all outgoing stock with proper documentation.
• Identify variances during counts and report immediately.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve stock concerns.
• Prepare delivery and pull-out permits for inventory movements.
• Monitor live stock reports and update relevant teams.
