Powerserve Marketing and Promotions Corporation is hiring an Inventory Officer to monitor and maintain accurate records for products, SKUs, packaging materials, and supplies. You will manage stock movement, SKU availability, tagging, and documentation to support daily operations.

The role requires attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Google Sheets), and strong coordination with warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience in inventory, warehouse, SKU monitoring, or stock control is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in inventory monitoring and SKU management.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of products, SKUs, packaging materials, and supplies
• Track inventory movement including receiving, issuance, transfers, and returns
• Monitor SKU availability, stock levels, and product variations
• Ensure accurate SKU tagging, monitoring, and inventory updates across records and systems
• Monitor usage of packaging and other operational materials
• Conduct regular inventory checking and stock reconciliation
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and operations regarding stock availability and requirements
• Prepare inventory reports, stock monitoring files, SKU monitoring, and inventory updates
• Ensure proper documentation of all inventory transactions
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, and stock variances
• Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items
• Assist in maintaining inventory control procedures and operational efficiency
• Support other inventory and administrative tasks as needed
