Job summary

Dermorepubliq Corporation is seeking an Inventory Admin to record and monitor stock movements, including RTS, ensuring accuracy and smooth inbound/outbound flow. Weekly/monthly physical counts, RTS receipt from vendors, and QA support are part of the role.

The position reports to the Inventory Supervisor and requires collaboration with QAC, Fulfillment, and Warehouse teams to maintain ERP records and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• At least college level or graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as inventory staff, warehouse operations, or similar role.
• Experience supervising or training team members is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record and monitor stock movements including Receiving, Issuance, Transfer, and RTB/Return.
• Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and drive root-cause investigations.
• Ensure ERP records are accurate and support periodic cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinate with QAC, Fulfillment, and Warehouse for inventory matters.
