Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Lead Analyst to drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANAInventory Release for a 24-month project. Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA inventory deployments and testing across finance and supply chain.
• Strong understanding of inventory valuation, controls, and reporting in SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with SOX controls and audit support in inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end inventory release readiness for SAP S/4HANA deployments, including planning and milestone management.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain Operations, and IT to deliver inventory processes and controls.
• Support design and deployment of inventory accounting and reporting in SAP S/4HANA, including reconciliations and reserves.
• Drive readiness for inventory-related controls and compliance requirements, including SOX validation and audit support.
• Lead business testing for inventory processes across FIT, BST, and UAT with IT and system integrators.
• Translate business needs into clear process scenarios, requirements, and acceptance criteria for end-to-end delivery.
• Support cutover planning and execution for inventory activities, including data readiness and validation.
• Assist go-live readiness through SOPs, training, and business readiness activities.
• Act as SAP S/4HANA inventory SME during go-live and hypercare.
