Johnson & Johnson (Phils.) Inc. is seeking a Lead Analyst - Inventory Release to drive SAP S/4HANA deployments.

This 24-month project spans finance and supply chain, with responsibilities across testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare in Manila. You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain Operations, IT, and implementation partners to ensure accurate inventory movements, valuation, controls, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experienced SAP S/4HANA inventory lead with deployment experience.
• Finance or supply chain background with strong inventory accounting knowledge.
• Ability to work across Finance, Supply Chain Operations, IT and implementation partners.
• Lead end-to-end inventory release readiness including testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end inventory release readiness for SAP S/4HANA deployments, including planning, milestone management, risk tracking, issue resolution, and business readiness.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain Operations, and IT to deliver inventory processes for accurate movements, valuation, controls, and reporting.
• Support design and deployment of inventory accounting and reporting in SAP S/4HANA, including reconciliations, reserves, and key outputs.
• Drive readiness for inventory-related controls and SOX validation, control execution, and audit support.
• Lead business testing for inventory processes across FIT, BST, and UAT with IT and SI partners to validate solutions and resolve defects.
• Translate business needs into clear process scenarios, requirements, and acceptance criteria for end-to-end delivery.
• Support cutover planning and execution for inventory activities, including data readiness and deployment checkpoints.
• Prepare teams for go-live with training, SOPs, and work instructions to support adoption.
• Act as SAP S/4HANA inventory SME during go-live and hypercare to stabilize operations.

This is a high-impact role for a finance or supply chain professional who brings strong SAP knowledge, inventory accounting expertise, and the ability to work confidently across Finance, Supply Chain Operations, IT, and implementation partners.
