Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a TranSCend Transformation Analyst – Intercompany Accounting in Taguig to drive the SAP S/4HANA finance transformation for MedTech. You will lead testing, data cleansing, and production cutover while collaborating with MT TranSCend Finance Deployment teams and GS Finance Transformation teams.

Requires 3–5 years in finance and strong skills in SQL, Alteryx, Python, and SAP scripting; fluent English and solid presentation abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of finance experience, preferably in MedTech.
• Experience with SQL, Alteryx, Python and SAP scripting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing (BST/UAT/BRT) and test execution.
• Manage defect/incident tracking and resolution.
• Lead data cleansing, conversion, and migration in production and QA.
• Assist in change impact assessment and documentation updates.
• Support production cutover planning and execution.
