Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Analyst for Inventory Release (MT Transcend, 24-month project) to drive readiness across SAP S/4HANA deployments. You will coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure accurate movements, valuation, controls, and reporting.

Based in Manila with possible global postings, you will lead testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare, translate business needs into clear requirements, and support SOX compliance and training for end-users.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting and financial controls across large, multi-country deployments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed process requirements and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end inventory release readiness for SAP S/4HANA deployments, including planning, milestones, risk tracking, issue resolution, and business readiness.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain Ops, and IT to ensure accurate inventory movements, valuation, controls, and reporting.
• Support the design and deployment of inventory accounting and reporting processes in SAP S/4HANA, including reconciliations and key outputs.
• Drive readiness for inventory-related controls, SOX validation, and audit support.
• Lead business testing (FIT, BST, UAT) with IT and system integrators to validate solutions and resolve defects.
• Translate business needs into clear process scenarios, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
