Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Warehouse / Logistics Helper to support daily warehouse and logistics operations by assisting with receiving, organizing, storing, preparing, and moving materials and supplies. The role helps ensure that warehouse activities are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.

The candidate should be a high school graduate, physically capable of lifting and moving materials, and able to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or material-handling is an advantage but not required.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving materials as required by the role.
• Able to follow instructions and basic work procedures.
• Organized, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment and perform routine physical tasks.
• Willing to work extended hours when operational requirements require it.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, unloading, checking, and organizing incoming materials and supplies.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare items for delivery or dispatch.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
• Arrange and maintain proper storage of materials and inventory.
• Assist with inventory counting and checking of stock quantities.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the immediate supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and storage areas.
• Follow proper handling procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
• Assist in preparing and organizing delivery and warehouse documents.
• Support other warehouse and logistics activities as assigned.
