Responsibilities

• Overall monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, including reconciling stock counts to computer reports
• Preparing PO and placing orders with suppliers
• Checking unit availability and allocation per brand per branch
• Issuing stocks to branches
• Receiving branch pull-outs and stocks from suppliers
• Performing inventory counts and reconciling variances
• Initiating action to replenish stocks by processing purchase orders and other related paper works
• Receiving, unpacking, and delivering items to shelves or requesting departments or branches
• Inspecting shipments for accuracy and completeness and resolving inconsistencies, if any
• Updating price tags and stickers of stocks
• Performing routine clerical duties in support of unit
• Performing other functions deemed necessary by management
