Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced Inventory Planning & Control Manager in Mandaluyong City for an on-site role, Monday to Friday. The position oversees inventory planning, governance of warehouse stock, and financial inventory controls to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.

The candidate will lead teams across warehouse, logistics, and finance, implement process improvements, and drive loss reduction through strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in warehouse operations, production management, or inventory management within FMCG.
• Experience in warehouse companies or 3PL providers specializing in inventory management.
• Strong expertise in inventory analysis, inventory controls, and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in SAP Business One (SAP B1).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory planning and warehouse inventory management.
• Analyze inventory trends, stock aging, and inventory turnover.
• Oversee inventory audits, reconciliation, and cycle counting.
• Develop inventory control strategies to reduce losses and improve efficiency.
• Utilize SAP Business One for inventory monitoring and reporting.
• Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams.
• Implement inventory process improvements and internal controls.
• Manage inventory control personnel and warehouse inventory performance.
