Job summary
Our Clients in Mandaluyong City is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to lead governance and control across stores, commissaries, and warehouse operations. You will ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with processes, while strengthening internal controls through SAP transaction management and regular counts.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in inventory control within FMCG, retail, or warehouse environments, with hands-on SAP ERP, inventory reconciliation, and process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in inventory control or related areas.
- Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, retail, distribution, warehouse, or 3PL favored.
- Hands-on SAP ERP experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory control across warehouses, commissaries, and retail/store operations.
- Monitor all inventory transactions and ensure policy compliance.
- Ensure timely SAP postings and data integrity.
- Lead cycle counts and audits with proper documentation.
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and IT teams.
- Support audits and drive continuous improvement in inventory processes.
- Travel to stores, warehouses, and commissary locations as needed.
