Job summary

De Castro Consulting is seeking an Inventory & Replenishment Analyst in Metro Manila to optimize stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. The role involves analyzing inventory data, coordinating with warehouse teams, and maintaining ERP/WMS parameters to prevent stockouts.

You will monitor inventory movements, perform cycle counts, and generate routine reports while collaborating across purchasing, receiving, and outbound operations to implement continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, replenishment, logistics, or distribution.
• Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems; Dynamics 365 BC or LSBC is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, sorting, and filtering.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and identify products that need replenishment.
• Analyze inventory movement, product velocity, stock-outs, and slow-moving items.
• Plan and prioritize replenishment from bulk storage to pick-face locations.
• Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and replenishment reports.
• Maintain inventory parameters and replenishment settings in the WMS/ERP.
• Work closely with warehouse, receiving, picking, and outbound teams.
• Identify inventory issues and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor FEFO compliance, shrinkage, and inventory accuracy.
