Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, business, or accounting.
• Experience in inventory management or data analysis preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/inventory systems.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite and collaborate with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, movements, and stock availability.
• Analyze data and prepare regular inventory reports.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Track stock transfers, receipts, issuances, and adjustments.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, sales, and other departments on inventory needs.
• Identify slow-moving, excess, and aging inventory.
• Assist in forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Maintain inventory records in ERP or inventory management system.
• Support physical counts and cycle counting activities.
• Recommend process improvements to minimize variances and optimize stock levels.
