Job summary

Axelum Resources Corp. is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to ensure products are available on time by monitoring, analyzing, and managing inventory levels.

You will track stock movements, investigate variances, and prepare accurate reports while collaborating with warehouse, production, and procurement teams. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing stock levels, and supporting efficient business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• At least 2 years of inventory or related experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with AX ERP and inventory reconciliation.
• Knowledge of inventory management, DMAIC, and Lean principles.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and order fulfillment.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances.
• Analyze inventory data and prepare inventory performance reports.
• Validate production, receiving, and inter-plant transfer (IPT) transactions in AX ERP.
• Support warehouse operations and resolve inventory system issues.
• Optimize warehouse stock zoning and space utilization.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and personnel performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
