Job summary

Ecolab Philippines Inc. is seeking an Inventory Analyst to monitor inventory accuracy, minimize excess and obsolete stock, and support planning, customer service, and supply chain teams.

The role emphasizes data analysis, ERP/WMS data integrity, and regular reporting to optimize stock availability. You will collaborate across Planning, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to drive process improvements, cycle counts, and root-cause analyses, ensuring materials are available when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, logistics, planning, or a related role.
• Proficient in both oral and written English language.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, SAGE) and Excel.
• Career path in warehousing and distribution preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles, cycle counting, reconciliation, demand planning, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work with people from various functions (Management, Sales, EDP, Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP/WMS data accuracy and configure inventory master data.
• Conduct daily comparisons of Murho SOH and Accpac/EBS SOH to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage inventory reconciliation tasks to resolve discrepancies.
• Track and report total shelf-life inventory and propose disposition strategies.
• Conduct cycle counts, reconciliations, and root cause analysis for discrepancies.
• Identify slow-moving, excess, or obsolete inventory and recommend actions.
• Monitor PSA area in Murho and clear it.
• Monitor pallet positions for proper organization and efficiency.
• Track stock levels to ensure adequate preparation.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and turns to identify risks.
• Build dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in inventory handling.
