Job summary

MicroSourcing in Clark, Angeles City, Pampanga is looking for an Inventory Operations and Data Support professional to join our onsite day shift team. You will manage inventory master data across Odoo ERP and 365 Retail Market POS, create and update products, and ensure accurate pricing and categorizations.

You will investigate discrepancies, coordinate cycle counts, process purchase orders, and support suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Inventory Control or related fields.
• Experience maintaining inventory master data in ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, MS Dynamics or Oracle).
• Experience processing Purchase Orders, goods receipts, supplier invoices, inventory reconciliations, stocktakes.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical ability.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory master data across ERP and POS systems, including creation, updates, pricing and classifications.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies; coordinate cycle counts, stocktakes and adjustments.
• Create and maintain Purchase Orders, process goods receipts and supplier invoices.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, finance, purchasing and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as op erational super-user for Odoo and 365 Retail Market; support users and test new functionality.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports; monitor stock valuation and shrinkage.
• Analyze inventory trends and propose improvements to reduce waste and improve reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, develop SOPs, and strengthen controls.

Your Role

As an Inventory Operations and Data Support professional, you will:

• Maintain accurate inventory master data across Odoo ERP and 365 Retail Market POS systems, including product creation, updates, pricing, classifications, and deactivation.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies while coordinating cycle counts, stocktakes, inventory transfers, and inventory adjustments.
• Create and maintain Purchase Orders, process goods receipts and supplier invoices, and ensure procurement transactions are completed accurately and on time.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, finance, purchasing, and internal stakeholders to resolve purchasing and inventory-related issues.
• Serve as the operational super-user for Odoo and 365 Retail Market by supporting users, maintaining system configurations, testing new functionality, troubleshooting pricing and promotional issues, and coordinating with system support teams.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports while monitoring stock accuracy, inventory valuation, shrinkage, and slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
• Analyse inventory trends and provide recommendations to improve inventory performance, reduce waste, and support month-end reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), recommend automation initiatives within Odoo, and strengthen inventory controls and reporting.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 2–5 years of experience in Inventory Control, Supply Chain Administration, Procurement, Warehouse Operations, or ERP Administration.
• Hands-on experience maintaining inventory master data within an ERP system such as Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle.
• Experience processing Purchase Orders, goods receipts, supplier invoices, inventory reconciliations, and stocktakes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience using Odoo ERP and/or 365 Retail Market POS.
• Experience supporting inventory reporting, stock valuation, and inventory analysis.
• Demonstrated success in improving inventory accuracy, operational processes, and system efficiencies.
• Process-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
• Interest or experience in process automation and leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency.
