Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking an Associate Administrative Coordinator to provide basic, routine administrative support to a team. This entry-level role focuses on foundational office tasks under direct supervision, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of daily operations.

You will assist with material handling coordination, inventory records, and Oracle-based transactions, contributing to production efficiency and data integrity across stores and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• College graduate with inventory/warehousing experience.
• At least 2 years in manufacturing inventory/warehousing.
• Proficient with Oracle systems.
• Licensed forklift and van driver.
• Strong focus on end-user requirements.
• Demonstrated teamwork and materials management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Issue materials and verify quantities in Oracle.
• Implement FIFO and conduct cycle counts.
• Oversee material storage and movement, ensure proper handling.
• Expedite urgent materials and coordinate with QA on qualifications.
• Process returned materials and NCR/waiver procedures.
• Maintain data integrity and prepare monthly reports.
• Operate Forklift/Reach Truck, Van, and Shuttle Car.
• Support 5S and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Ensure security and accurate stock locations in Oracle.
