Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join the Global Sales organization. This role focuses on order fulfillment, acting as the primary operational liaison between Customer Service, Channel Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance.

You will ensure accurate order processing, schedule maintenance, backlog management, shipment coordination, and data integrity to support revenue attainment and customer service across Allegro’s global business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with a can-do attitude.
• Strong organizing and planning skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, ModelN, and Oracle would be advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer purchase orders, schedules, and changes via Oracle, EDI, portals, or manual submissions.
• Maintain customer order schedules, including pull-ins and pushouts.
• Review and resolve order entry issues, pricing discrepancies, and CPN requirements.
• Monitor open orders, backlog, shipments, and delivery commitments; update stakeholders.
• Coordinate expedite requests and recovery activities with Planning and Supply Chain.
• Generate backlog reports and shipment updates for internal teams.
• Support shipment execution with Logistics and Shipping teams.
