Job summary

Qualifications

• College graduate required.
• 2+ years in inventory/warehousing in manufacturing.
• Proficient with computer software and Oracle system.
• Able to operate forklift and van with valid license.
• Demonstrated teamwork and knowledge in Materials Management.

Responsibilities

• Issue and track materials in Oracle per production requirements.
• Perform daily/weekly inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Manage material flow and storage; coordinate cold storage and thawing of compounds.
• Support production and quality with material qualifications and NCR/waiver processes.
• Process returned/rejected materials and monitor repair status.
• Ensure data integrity; generate monthly inventory reports in Oracle.
