Job summary

Networx Auto Detailing Corp. in Quezon City is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our finance team as a full-time staff member. The role focuses on inventory, cost accounting, and daily bookkeeping to support monthly closing and audits.

You will reconcile stock, process invoices, prepare journal entries, and collaborate with warehouse and procurement to verify receipts and shipments. Fresh graduates are welcome; familiarity with Excel or QuickBooks is a plus, and strong teamwork is valued.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role, preferably in the Accounting industry
• Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, or Excel) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as relevant regulations and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Inventory Reconciliation: Match physical warehouse counts with system and general ledger records
• Cost Accounting: Track unit costs, landed costs, freight, and standard manufacturing or purchase variances
• Stock Monitoring: Identify slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete inventory and calculate needed reserves
• Financial Reporting: Prepare inventory roll-forward schedules, turnover metrics, and month-end journal entries
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to verify receipts, shipments, and purchase orders
• Perform daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations
• Securing and renewing business permits, licenses, and documentation from regulatory bodies.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance departments as needed
