Job summary

Dyson Philippines is seeking a Finance Business Partner for the In House Manufacturing (IHM) Finance team. The role focuses on inventory governance, counts and validation, and ensuring accurate reporting of inventory balances across internal and external sites.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Operations and external manufacturing partners to strengthen controls, provide financial insights, and support timely, accurate month-end closings.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant or equivalent post-graduate qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, inventory control, or business partnering.
• Strong expertise in inventory control and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel skills; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; able to present to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce governance over materials, finished goods, and consigned inventory.
• Track and validate physical counts and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Assist in monthly and annual inventory reporting and explain variances to stakeholders.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to strengthen process discipline and control adherence.
• Act as trusted finance partner to Supply Chain and external partners and drive cross-functional accountability.
