Dyson's In House Manufacturing (IHM) Finance team seeks a Lead Finance Business Partner to drive financial discipline, strengthen inventory governance, and assure accuracy of inventory balances across internal and external sites.

You will partner with Supply Chain and Operations, provide insights for cost control, and support monthly and annual reporting while ensuring audit readiness and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, inventory control, or business partnering.
• Strong expertise in inventory control and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel skills; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence peers and stakeholders.
• Independent, with strong operational discipline and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Experience working across functions and cultures, with remote teams.

Responsabilités

• Establish and enforce governance over materials, finished goods, and inventory; ensure audit trails.
• Oversee cycle counts and year-end counts; ensure accuracy of inventories.
• Analyze count results and address discrepancies with Supply Chain operations.
• Provide clear inventory movement analyses and variances to stakeholders.
• Partner with Supply Chain and external partners to drive inventory integrity.
• Support auditors with documentation and explanations related to inventory.
