Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional in the Philippines to join our order processing and customer service team. You will ensure accurate orders, invoicing, and cash handling while supporting sales and dealers.

You should be comfortable with MS Office, have strong communication, and be able to work independently or with the team to meet daily targets. This role offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities within a leading direct-selling company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in direct selling or sales is preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and invoicing accurately.
• Handle MCP transactions and encode new recruit data.
• Conduct RPO/H2H calls and provide timely, professional support to dealers and customers.
• Manage cash handling, maintain product availability, and ensure adherence to planogram and 5S standards.
• Actively participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while upholding company policies and procedures.

• Preferably with experience in direct selling, sales, relationship management or a similar work environment.

• Organizational & Technical Skills: Excellent time management, flexible with assignments, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
