Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented professional to support order processing, invoicing, and cash handling while delivering excellent customer service.

You will process orders, maximize upselling opportunities, and support dealers and customers through timely, professional communications. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to company policies, with opportunities to participate in events and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate with a college degree.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, or relationship management is a plus.
• Strong communication, rapport-building, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and cash compliance while supporting sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Process orders, maximize upselling opportunities, handle MCP transactions, and encode new recruit data.
• Conduct RPO/H2H calls and provide timely, professional support to dealers and customers.
• Manage cash handling, maintain product availability, and ensure adherence to planogram and 5S standards.
• Actively participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while upholding company policies and procedures.
