The role involves accurate order processing, invoicing, MCP transactions, and data encoding for new recruits. You will conduct calls with dealers and customers, manage cash handling, and uphold planogram and 5S standards while contributing to events and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate with a college degree.
• Experience in direct selling, sales or relationship management is a plus.
• Strong communication, rapport-building, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, maximize upselling opportunities, handle MCP transactions, and encode new recruit data.
• Conduct RPO/H2H calls and provide timely, professional support to dealers and customers.
• Manage cash handling, maintain product availability, and ensure planogram and 5S standards.
• Support sales and deliver excellent customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure accurate order processing, proper invoicing, and cash compliance while supporting sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Process orders, maximize upselling opportunities, handle MCP transactions, and encode new recruit data.
• Conduct RPO/H2H calls and provide timely, professional support to dealers and customers.
• Manage cash handling, maintain product availability, and ensure adherence to planogram and 5S standards.
• Actively participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while upholding company policies and procedures.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

• Preferably graduate with a college degree.
• Preferably with experience in direct selling, sales, relationship management or a similar work environment.
• Interpersonal & Team Skills: Strong communication, rapport-building, adaptability, and ability to work independently or collaboratively under pressure.
• Organizational & Technical Skills: Excellent time management, flexible with assignments, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
