• Responsible for cycle and year-end inventory physical counts.
• Perform reconciliation of physical inventory counts to system records, investigating and resolving variances.
• Perform audits and assessments and produce regular inventory reports.
• Complete other duties assigned by the Chief Accountant.
• Any other tasks as required.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Inventory Controller is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records, monitoring inventory movements, and preparing regular reports. Tracks sales trends to recommend inventory process improvements. Oversees cycle and year-end physical counts, reconciles discrepancies between physical and system records, and conducts audits. Supports the Chief Accountant with assigned tasks and performs other related duties as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintains accurate up-to-date inventory records.

2. Closely monitor inventory movements and provide monthly reports.

3. Track selling patterns and suggest changes or improvements to inventory processes.

4. Responsible for cycle and year-end inventory physical count.

5. Performs reconciliation of physical inventory counts to system records, investigating and resolving any variances.

6. Performs audits and assessments and produces regular inventory reports.

7. Complete all other duties that are assigned by the Chief Accountant.

8. Another task that may be assigned.
