Job summary

Primebeef Company is seeking a Warehouse Specialist (Inventory Management) to ensure accurate stock records and efficient warehouse operations in Metro Manila. The role focuses on maintaining up-to-date inventory, overseeing stock movements, and complying with quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a graduate in Supply Chain or related field, with hands-on experience in warehousing or ERP systems, and strong organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; warehousing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in ERP, Google Docs/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, record, store, tag and monitor stock items and movements.
• Ensure accuracy of warehouse inventory and stock records.
• Perform inventory controls and audits to maintain quality standards.
• Disburse products from storage and deliver to customers; maintain space efficiency.
• Operate physically: stand, bend, squat, lift up to 25–30 kg.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness per GDSP & GWP; follow FIFO/FEFO.
• Report issues to Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor for action.
• Carry out cycle counts and organize files (manual and electronic).
• Dispose of damaged items and streamline processes.
