Job summary

Prime@Technology Specialists, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Controller to maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock movements, and perform audits across all warehouse operations in Metro Manila.

You will work with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and Logistics to ensure stock availability, reduce discrepancies, and support reporting. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2–3 years in inventory control or logistics, ERP experience, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in inventory control or logistics.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic reporting).
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and records across warehouses.
• Monitor stock movements and conduct inventory audits.
• Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper stock handling and labeling.
• Prepare inventory reports on accuracy, management, valuation, and variances.
