Job summary

Triton Constructions Development Corporation is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Clerk to manage receiving, inspecting, and issuing materials for ongoing projects. You will maintain orderly storage, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate with site teams to support material availability and safety compliance.

The role requires handling hazardous materials with proper procedures and submitting regular inventory reports, while collaborating with Procurement and Site Engineers to meet delivery

Qualifications

• Must follow site safety policies and report hazards.
• Protect warehouse inventory against loss or damage.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Site Engineers, and the logistics team regarding material needs and delivery schedules.
• Manage low stock levels, damaged items, or discrepancies and ensure material availability.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, supplies, and equipment
• Record deliveries and issue stocks accurately using the company's inventory system
• Conduct periodic physical counts and reconcile with inventory records
• Maintain organized storage of materials in designated warehouse areas
• Ensure proper labelling, stacking, and segregation of materials for easy identification and safety
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and storage yard
• Issue construction materials, tools, and equipment based on approved request forms
• Ensure proper documentation (receiving reports, issuance slips, return slips, stock cards)
• Implement proper handling and storage procedures for hazardous or sensitive materials
• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse inventory reports
