Job summary

Alba Motors & Metalcraft Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to oversee the management, distribution, and tracking of inventory across our manufacturing and operational units.

You will issue, return, store, and monitor equipment, tools, materials, and consumables used on the factory floor and for off-site deployments. The role requires strong attention to detail, experience with ERP/WMS, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years in inventory control or stockroom handling are a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or field operations preferred.
• Proficiency with inventory management software (ERP/WMS) and spreadsheet tools (MS Excel or Google Sheets).
• Familiarity with barcode scanners, labeling systems, and inventory tracking protocols.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent record-keeping abilities.
• Clear communication skills to liaise with factory workers, project managers, and field deployment teams.

Responsibilities

• Issue tools, machinery, materials, and consumables to staff per requests.
• Check in returning equipment, verify condition and completeness.
• Track overdue tools and materials assigned off-site.
• Maintain real-time inventory records using ERP/WMS.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile with system records.
• Monitor stock levels and flag reorder points to procurement.
• Keep storage areas clean, organized, and safely stored.
• Inspect returned items for damage and arrange repairs or retirement.
• Pack, stage, and document kits for off-site deployment.
