Job summary

Specialty Lifestyle Concepts, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy across stores and off-site warehouse, ensuring proper stock levels and timely reporting.

You will manage SAP-based purchasing and stock movements, conduct cycle counts, and collaborate with warehouse, merchandising, and store teams to optimize operations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in merchandising or inventory management, with strong Excel and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in merchandising, inventory management, or retail operations.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, with strong data accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Create articles, POs, and PIRs in SAP, including batch-managed articles.
• Maintain and update sales prices in the system.
• Process and monitor stock movements between the warehouse and boutique via STO.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report stock levels.
• Conduct regular physical and cycle counts to validate stock vs system data.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and submit monthly inventory listing to Merchandise Manager and Accounting on the first working day of each month.
• Liaise with IT to resolve SAP data issues.
