Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management or related fields.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation and data analysis is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / advanced spreadsheet applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse daily inventory movements and transactions.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory records in system and files.
• Reconcile physical inventory against system records and investigate variances.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Finance, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Assist in physical counts, cycle counts, and inventory validation.
