Job summary

You will prepare audit reports, monitor stock procedures, and coordinate with branch and warehouse staff. The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical ability, reliability, and willingness to travel to assigned branches; fresh graduates may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in inventory, auditing, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
• Willing to travel to assigned branches.
• Fresh graduates with relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventory counts and stock audits.
• Reconcile physical stocks with system records.
• Identify and investigate shortages, overages, and discrepancies.
• Verify stock movements, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Prepare audit reports and document findings.
• Monitor compliance with inventory control procedures.
• Coordinate with branch and warehouse personnel regarding audit findings.
