A retail construction supply company based in Nueva Ecija is looking for an Inventory Audit Analyst to conduct stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records. Responsibilities include preparing reports and identifying discrepancies. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field, along with proficiency in MS Excel. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information System, or any related business course.

• Good analytical, communication, and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular (quarterly) stock audits in assigned stores.
• Record and verify item quantities using system-generated count sheets.
• Identify, report, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit Stock Audit Reports for supervisor validation.
• Update system records based on approved audit findings.
• Perform related tasks as assigned.
