Responsibilities include encoding and handling transfer documents, updating delivery status, and supporting operations during extended hours with a shifting schedule. Regular working hours and benefits are provided to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management or any related courses.
• Experience in inventory & logistics, including RDU or warehouse roles; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Willing to work extended hours and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Encodes, inventories and handles documents for transferring products to clients and warehouses.
• Ensures on-time delivery of products.
• Updates delivery status to the head and related departments.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management or any related courses

• Individuals with related experiences in inventory & logistics department (e.g. RDU, warehouse personnel); Fresh graduates who see themselves growing their career in the logistics and warehousing.

• Can effectively handle pressure and has the willingness to work in extended hours to ensure complete support to the operations.

• Must be hardworking, flexible, reliable and willing to be assigned on a shifting schedule
