Medical Reimbursement – Warehouse Operations

• Receive, verify, and properly store deliveries in compliance with warehouse and food safety standards.
• Maintain accurate and updated inventory records, including batch numbers, expiry dates, and bin allocations.
• Safeguard inventory by ensuring proper stock rotation, condition monitoring, and loss prevention practices.
• Support daily picking, issuance, and delivery of goods to stores and bakery operations.
• Ensure timely preparation of warehouse documentation such as issuance slips, delivery receipts, and returns.
• Assist in disposal, returns, and reconciliation of defective or expired items.
• Participate in periodic inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure stock accuracy.
• Provide warehouse housekeeping and adherence to safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong skills in inventory management, stock handling, and warehouse operations.
• Relevant vocational training, certifications, or specialized coursework in logistics or warehouse operations preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or stock management.
• Knowledge of inventory systems (ERP/WMS preferred).
• Physically fit to handle warehouse activities.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
• Active driver’s license.
