About the role
The Inventory and Dispensing Associate receives, stores, tracks, and releases medical supplies and materials to hospital units. This role ensures stock is accurate, properly stored, and delivered on time to support hospital operations.
Key responsibilities
Unload, check, and record incoming deliveries against delivery receipts
Store supplies neatly, check expiration dates, and apply First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation
Pick, pack, and issue supplies requested by hospital departments (e.g., nursing units, operating rooms)
Conduct regular physical stock counts and log issued items accurately
Keep the warehouse area clean, safe, and organized at all times
About you
High school graduate, vocational course finisher, or college graduate
Basic computer and math skills
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physically fit to lift items, move boxes, and stand for long periods
